There are no upfront fees. Our monthly licensing fee starts with your brand immersion training. Required technology is a quality, stand alone corneal topographer capable of, at a minimum, measuring axial maps and difference (one visit to the next) maps and an optical biometer to measure axial length. To help you acquire any technology you might not yet have, Treehouse Eyes has deals with select vendors with special pricing for either one-time purchase or lease.
You are licensing the intellectual property of Treehouse Eyes, including our brand, trade dress, clinical protocol, marketing content (for example, brochures and branded referral program) and practice management and implementation know how. That includes things like scheduling templates, documentation like informed consent and treatment explanation forms, our unique co-management system, content for parent and professional lectures and MANY other items critical to the success of your myopia management program. As the only company dedicated exclusively to childhood myopia management, and having spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on consumer (parents of myopic kids) learning, Treehouse Eyes has unique experience and insight into how to implement this successfully in a full scope practice. We have thousands of children in myopia treatment through our company owned and licensed centers around the country.
The initial licensing agreement is for 1 year, with optional renewals for 2 years each.
